Tomorrow at 9:30 and 11:00 Hope Church will gather online and in-person for Easter Sunday. Hope Kids will take place during both 9:30 and 11:00, too.

A Story of Our Greatest Failure...And Yet
Yesterday a memory popped up from 11 years ago advertising Hope Church's first Easter - before we had weekly worship. Our small launch team followed the advice of a church planting expert to host Easter in a popular park to get the word out to the community about our vision for an inclusive church.
It was not only a failure, it was an immense failure!
The band, decorations, and plentiful Dunkin' food and drink attracted zero people. It was so cold that morning that the band's fingers started to go numb while they were playing their instruments! We really should have looked at each other and said "great job, good try, we've got to know when to stop." Starting a church from scratch is nearly impossible! At that time, the stats said that 50% don't make past one year. Of those who make it, another 50% close around the 4-5 year mark.
We kept going because we believed in creating space for absolutely everyone!
We kept going because we wanted to engage in deep theological conversations!
We kept going because we were growing in our faith and we sensed God's nudge to keep on keepin' on.
We kept going because we are Resurrection people! We believed that Hope was needed and God was nudging us to help create it!
Tomorrow we get to celebrate the Easter Resurrection together -- in a warm building!! And all who know that story, know it is nothing short of a miracle!

We'll have a Pop Up: Jay's Cheesecakes and Bakes in our Gathering Space selling the best cheesecake in the world, coffees, and Italian sodas (with a portion of the proceeds going to Hope). Come celebrate our opening!!
Grand Opening Worship 4/7 at 9:30 and 11:00
A worship to celebrate who we are and consecrate this building to serve as a place for offering God's unconditional love to absolutely everyone!
Also: Youth Ministry for Grades 6 to 12 Starts April 7th 7:00-8:30pm
